new abode

we finaly found a house
we finaly put a contract on a house
we finaly have a $$ figure acepted on both sides
we just had the pest inspection today
we have the building tomoro *remember the tape mesure*

we will soon have a gorgous 4 bed 2 bath fully aircon
+ another 2bed bath "minihouse"
inground saltwater pool and a fully fenced yard
and i have a realestate agent thinking of
"giving me a call to pick my brain"
on some interior changes to his house for presale *yay*

shall we list the growing work options here
1) stationary design work- must email her in nov
2) wedding style and hire business
3) interior designing for glen

there is a long long list of things that need to be done both to mums and our house presale
( ooh and while i remember-- Lana is engaged *yay lana*)

i'm feeling realy reallllllly good ... content

too continue that good feeling i'm going to vent
the topic of todays triodibe are some tipeas

i'm just sick of the "send adri a page " thing
its not going to make a difference- realy its not-
and she's not the only one who gets blue
people dont do anything for me- nothing-
they are ALWAYS sending eachother stuff- me - nothing

i dislike that suz is such a ( dont know the right word for it)
i wanna say two faced-
she *says* she cant afford internationals for DT contributors..
... but shock and gee NIc AND Suss are on the DT
( uggg dont you just hate peopel liek that)
all she has to say is i dont like you, or your style, whichever it is
Sigh- venting done

i wanna move on to mention jorgo family dinamics
everyone seems to be hating donna more then usual LOL
emma is more then pissed at the bridesmaids situation
the dress is costing 90$ MORE( $370) then she was originaly told
and i will not begin on the bad design adn workmanship she's been telling me about
along with the "required" jewelry($50) shoes(90) nails(20) hair(50ish) and makeup(50ish)
she'll be up for more then $500!! that is beyond rediculas

compare that to my sexy sweet steal of a find dress ( $25)
shoes ($60) and hair ( about 50ish)
and i'm going to gift the jewelry i think

sean's become my "buddy" again i think he see's me as almost a brother type
wierd but true
emma's talking to me more 'normally"
pete's still loving me because i treat him like a human being
i have an afinity for pete he's very sweet and alot like mark
karen's back into spending time with us, dont quite know what happend think she's a little jealous of mark liking my parents as much as he does

anyhow we have a shopping trip/day at the the coast on wednesday
# must find mark some black shoes at a decent price
#dancing shoes for our wedding would be good
